Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at returns@designstudio.com with your order number.

Bespoke (Build Your Own) orders are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
